In this operational role you will perform risk and compliance audits, analysis, database management, variance analysis, quality control, and performance reporting on company products and services. Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Participation on Project Teams as high performance process lead
  • Overseeing project life cycle in coordination with project leaders.
  • Utilizing tracking systems/analytical tools to maximize project quality, functionality and usability, and ultimately client ROI.
  • Monitoring all projects for adherence to company process improvement directives and project delivery metrics
  • Responsible for obtaining thorough knowledge regarding client, industry, and project scope in order to effectively analyze process and deliverables
  • Providing detailed reports to project leaders and company executive team
  • Participating in weekly project review sessions
  • Identifying problems in analysis/QA process and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate solutions
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Developing internal and external business acumen for assigned business group, researching industry competitors and remaining aware of market conditions to develop better performance strategies

Background and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree, MBA or master's degree preferred
  • Experience (3 years minimum) in process improvement, industrial/manufacturing technology quality assurance, six sigma or similar, quality control, or performance management is required
  • Experience working with analytical software tools such as excel, SPSS, or similar is required
  • Experience is preferred in the areas of industrial technology, lean process, management consulting, ISO procedures, quantitative research, etc.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required
  • Experience leading and coaching teams is required
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong consultative sales abilities are a must have
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy and excellent planning and organizational skills are essential, as are a high level of discipline and a sense of urgency
