Description:
As a Research Consultant, you would employ your skills and be responsible for
all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified candidates for
client projects. The Research Specialist must have the ability to effectively
communicate with the internal team, which it supports. This role is highly
instrumental in the development of our business, as you would utilize your
consultative sales expertise to drive additional business as you interact with clients.

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Participation on Project Team as high performing Research
resource
- Proactively conduct research and innovative direct sourcing
strategies to target and identify passive candidates.
- Creating and maintain a candidate pipeline by means of
direct sourcing.
- Working collaboratively with Recruiters in order to
keep up to date on the client's hiring needs and skill sets desired for
current projects.
- Utilizing various Internet tools (i.e. Boolean
searches, flipping and x-raying techniques, and research directories) in
order to identify target companies for candidate identification and
recruitment initiatives.
- Documenting and maintain all candidate profiles in the
Augustine Information Management (AIM) database.
- Responsible for obtaining deliverable goals as specified
by the Engagement Manager.
- Developing internal and external business acumen for
assigned business group, researching industry benchmarks and remaining
aware of market conditions to develop better sourcing strategies
Background and Experience Required:
- Prior experience in sales, marketing or customer
service environment preferred.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Candidates must be self-motivated and possess excellent
communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work.
- Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, word processing,
database computer software, and the Internet.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team focused
environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
and proficiency with MS Office Suite is required
- Experience leading a recruitment process and team is
ideal
- Strong consultative and sales abilities are a must have
- Great attention to detail and accuracy and excellent
planning and organizational skills are essential, as are a high level of
discipline and a sense of urgency
