Demonstrated
skills and abilities required for experience level. Good planning,
communication and organization skills. Understanding of regulatory
requirements for engineering, analysis and design of safety-related
structures, especially concrete anchorage of embedments. Excellent
familiarity with ACI, AISC, ASCE 4 & 7 building design codes and
standards. Working knowledge of and understanding of interfaces with
other engineering disciplines required. Desire minimum of 5-years
experience after award of Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline.
Lesser experience levels will be considered depending on experience and
salary requirements.
The following requirements are desired and will be used to differentiate all candidates who apply for this position.
- Experience with ANSYS and/or GTSTRUDL and comparable finite element analysis programs.
- Engineer with experience in detailed analysis of concrete and structural steel using applicable ACI and AISC codes.
- Engineer with experience in processing field change requests in a timely manner.
