Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor QA Administration. This opportunity will be to support Clinical (GCP) QA Management of a large Contract Research .  This position will provide support in scheduling, resourcing, processing and tracking audits, reporting QA metrics, and reviewing proposals for contracted QA audits.  The position will have supervisory responsibilities for one or more QA administrative and professional staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Program, plan and co-ordinate the following for complex studies: (i) the programming, testing, and documentation of statistical programs for use in creating statistical tables and listing summaries, (ii) the programming of analysis databases (derived datasets) and transfers of data for internal and external clients and (iii) the programming of database quality control checks.
  • Program and plan the integration of databases from multiple studies or sources.
  • Develop, plan, and co-ordinate programming documentation including plans and specifications, as appropriate, for complex studies.
  • Perform, plan and co-ordinate the development, implementation and validation of new process technologies, macros and applications.
  • Fulfill project responsibilities at the level of lead for single complex studies or group of studies.
  • Manage project budget and resource requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to lower level staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent paramedical/computer science qualification with a minimum of two years experience in the pharmaceutical/technical, or contract research industries.
  • A basic understanding of current GCP regulations and guidelines
  • Supervisory experience
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Effective organization, communication, interpersonal and team orientation skills
  • Ability to initiate assigned tasks
  • Extensive use of computer processing databases
  • Significant telephone, electronic and face to face communication skills
